Our dedication to empowering ex-felons and at-risk youth reflects our commitment to second chances, equity, and the belief that everyone deserves a pathway to meaningful careers. Through hands-on training and supportive mentorship, we promote growth, creative expression, and a stronger, more representative film industry that celebrates every voice.

In the next five years, our organization aims to be a leader in accessible film education, transforming the lives of over 1,000 aspiring filmmakers from diverse backgrounds. Central to this vision, we plan to establish a fully operational production studio equipped with professional-grade film sets, allowing trainees hands-on experience in an authentic production environment. Our comprehensive program will provide on-the-job training and certification pathways, especially tailored for ex-felons and at-risk youth, with the goal of 75% of participants securing jobs in the film industry or related fields.

We will broaden our impact by expanding partnerships with production studios, nonprofits, and educational institutions to create robust support and job placement networks. Additionally, we plan to open two regional training hubs, offering alumni access to mentorship, production resources, and industry networking opportunities. Through these initiatives, our organization strives to redefine the future of the film industry by fostering inclusion, diversity, and equitable opportunities.
